Professor Maura Ugarte is a filmmaker and editor whose work has appeared at True/False Film Festival, Cleveland International Film Festival, Cucalorus Film Festival, and Palm Springs International Film Festival, among others.

Bekí Basch is an interdisciplinary artist who creates objects and experiential installations in the context of field research and ruminations on psychospirituality. Using a vocabulary associated with simulated environments and curated experiences (museums, aquariums, ice rinks, dioramas, artifacts), she draws together personally resonant and ostensibly disparate elements to express a new narrative of interconnectivity and possibility.

Kirstin Franko brings nearly two decades of communication strategy within the arts to the College of Visual and Performing Arts.

Jordan has been designing websites and digital experiences since the early days of the World Wide Web. Inspired and excited by the potential for people to connect with each other around the world, Jordan went to work as a web designer helping people realize the potential of the web as a new medium for entertainment, education, and business.

Tionge Johnson holds an undergraduate degree in Theater and Creative Writing from the University of Mary Washington and an MA in Arts Journalism from the Goldring Arts Journalism Program at S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications in Syracuse, New York.

Adrienne comes to George Mason University with a wealth of experience working for both presenting organizations as well as artist-led ensembles. 

Christopher Jewell is the Assistant Principal Bassoonist of the Kennedy Center Opera House Orchestra.  An active performer in the Washington, DC area, Mr. Jewell also regularly performs with the Eclipse Chamber Orchestra, Post Classical Ensemble, Wolf Trap Opera Company, and the Chesapeake Chamber Orchestra. 

Sierra Leonean-American filmmaker Professor Nikyatu Jusu's films have played at festivals nationally and internationally garnering her a myriad of laurels and awards including a Directors Guild of America Honorable Mention.

Shaun Boyle is a dance practitioner and educator with research interests in classical and contemporary ballet, modern/contemporary dance, and choreographic practice.
